The Vietnam House is a flagship initiative under On-chain Hub, designed to present Vietnam’s Web3 talent, innovation, and projects on global stages such as Token2049 and other leading international blockchain events.
Objective: To position Vietnam as a hub for Web3 innovation by showcasing homegrown startups, products, and talent to investors, builders, and policymakers worldwide.
Format: A dedicated exhibition and networking pavilion branded as “The Vietnam House,” representing Vietnam’s Web3 ecosystem at major events.

2. Fintech Hub IFC Ho Chi Minh City
The Fintech Hub, located within Ho Chi Minh City’s International Financial Center (IFC), functions as an open sandbox for startups, banks, funds, and regulators to innovate in digital finance and on-chain applications.
Model & Structure
Legal Sandbox:
Supports domestic and international enterprises establishing offices and launching digital asset/blockchain projects within the IFC.
Provides regulatory guidance and end-to-end licensing support.
International Partnership Ecosystem:
Builds a global network of Web3 and blockchain partners.
Encourages active participation and collaboration from international stakeholders to co-develop Vietnam’s fintech and on-chain markets.
R&D Center:
A collaborative research and development space for banks, funds, and tech firms.
Facilitates pilot projects, innovation labs, and applied use cases in digital finance and emerging technologies.
